Ty C. Stolworthy brings expertise in underwriting, financial analysis, and capital structuring across commercial real estate. He evaluates and structures loan opportunities across multiple asset classes, with a focus on disciplined credit decisions and credible exit strategies.

Ty drives origination and deal strategy, working directly with borrowers and capital partners from initial analysis through funding and repayment — with a proven ability to execute and push deals to a quick close. He has been involved in originating over nine figures in funded commercial real estate and plays an active role in strengthening capital relationships — committed to continuing to grow Bridge Financial into a leading private lending platform.

As a multi-generation Arizona and Tempe native with his experience in commercial real estate, Ty brings regional market knowledge and financial expertise to every deal. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife and two children.

Kevin W. Richards brings over 20 years of experience in banking, finance, and commercial real estate. His expertise spans loan origination, underwriting, loan structuring, and financial modeling, with a track record that includes transactions ranging from highway revenue bonds to equity investments in real estate development.

Kevin began his career as an associate at a local investment bank, underwriting municipal and corporate bonds. He later joined a startup community bank as a senior executive, helping grow its assets from $6 million to $500 million in under five years. He has since built lasting relationships with commercial land investment banks and private equity firms across the industry.

Today, Kevin works alongside private investors and firms to structure debt and equity capital solutions for real estate builders and investors navigating a constrained credit environment. He holds a B.S. from Arizona State University and is based in Phoenix, Arizona, where he lives with his wife and three children.

Paul E. Sargent brings 30 years of experience in institutional and private commercial real estate lending. His expertise includes loan origination, underwriting, portfolio and asset management, structured capital, and the secondary loan market. Over the course of his career, Paul has been involved in the funding of $2 billion in real estate loans, with individual transactions ranging from $50,000 to nearly $30 million.

Paul has placed loans with more than 50 institutions — including life companies, pension funds, and commercial banks — and has served as an advisor to Arizona’s second-largest pension fund on loan participations. He has served as principal of Oasis Financial, a direct private lender and structured capital company, where he manages family office and partnership funds alongside his own capital investments.

Previously, Paul held senior positions at Bridge Financial Corp., Chase Bank, Mellon Bank, and Pickrell Mortgage. He holds an M.B.A. from Arizona State University and a B.A. from Utah State University.
