Paul E. Sargent

Paul E. Sargent brings 30 years of experience in institutional and private commercial real estate lending. His expertise includes loan origination, underwriting, portfolio and asset management, structured capital, and the secondary loan market. Over the course of his career, Paul has been involved in the funding of $2 billion in real estate loans, with individual transactions ranging from $50,000 to nearly $30 million.

Paul has placed loans with more than 50 institutions — including life companies, pension funds, and commercial banks — and has served as an advisor to Arizona's second-largest pension fund on loan participations. He has served as principal of Oasis Financial, a direct private lender and structured capital company, where he manages family office and partnership funds alongside his own capital investments.

Previously, Paul held senior positions at Bridge Financial Corp., Chase Bank, Mellon Bank, and Pickrell Mortgage. He holds an M.B.A. from Arizona State University and a B.A. from Utah State University.
